The Aspen Jewish Community Center has announced the release of a new cookbook, showcasing a variety of recipes contributed by local community members. The book, titled “Taste of Aspen,” aims to celebrate the culinary diversity within the Jewish community.

“This cookbook represents not just our food, but our stories and traditions,” said community center director Miriam Klein. “We wanted to create something that brings people together around the table.”

The cookbook will be available for purchase starting next week, with proceeds going towards community programs and services. It features over 100 recipes ranging from traditional Jewish dishes to modern interpretations.

In addition to recipes, “Taste of Aspen” includes personal anecdotes and photographs from contributors, enhancing the community feel of the project. Local chefs and food enthusiasts participated in the development of the cookbook.
