Dinner guests at Reeves Museum will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive ’80s murder mystery event on Saturday, October 14. The dinner is designed to engage attendees in a thrilling storyline set in the vibrant 1980s while enjoying a meal at the historic venue.

“This event combines the nostalgia of the ’80s with an exciting murder mystery, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the era,” said event organizer Jessica Smith. Attendees will play detective as they unravel clues and interact with actors portraying various characters from the decade.

The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails, followed by a themed dinner at 7 p.m. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their best ’80s attire to enhance the experience. Tickets are available online for $50 per person, which includes dinner, drinks, and participation in the mystery solving.

Reeves Museum aims to provide a unique blend of entertainment and dining, drawing on popular culture elements from the ’80s. The murder mystery concept is part of a series of events intended to engage the community and promote the museum’s historical significance.

The museum, located in downtown, has been a cultural hub since its opening in 1995. It frequently hosts events that celebrate local history and encourage visitor interaction through innovative experiences.
