Coeur d'Alene Winefest Returns with New Pairing Options

The Coeur d’Alene Winefest is set to return to downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on April 22, 2023, featuring upgraded food and wine pairings. The annual festival will showcase over 100 wines from more than 30 wineries across the region.

Event organizers highlighted that this year’s festival will include a variety of gourmet food options specifically curated to complement the wines on offer. “We’ve worked hard to enhance the pairing experience for attendees,” said festival coordinator Lisa Johnson.

The festival will take place from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Resort. Tickets are available for purchase online, with early bird pricing available until April 1.

In addition to wine tastings, the event will feature live music and opportunities to meet local vintners. This year’s lineup also includes workshops focusing on wine education and tasting techniques.

The Coeur d’Alene Winefest has been a staple in the local community since its inception in 2001, drawing wine enthusiasts from across the state. The festival not only promotes local wineries but also supports regional agriculture and the tourism industry.

Festival organizers expect a strong turnout, building on last year’s success, which attracted over 1,500 attendees despite challenges posed by the pandemic. The event aims to highlight the growing wine culture in the Pacific Northwest.
